Heidy is a licensed real estate broker and the founder and director of HP & Associates. The result of a long experience and a path guided by studies in business administration at UQAM, a license as a chartered real estate broker, by years spent in the hotel industry, where she imagined her concept of real estate concierge. With her training in tourism and hotel management, then in real estate, she founded her own agency. She is undoubtedly the soul of the agency, infusing it with her dynamism, her determination and her vision. Already, her childhood seems to have traced her vocation to welcome and establish in the best conditions, expatriates, professionals and families in search of a "home" far from their original home. Indeed, born in Alberta where her father was in the Canadian Army, the family has moved around a lot. A French speaker, she learned English by rubbing shoulders with her young Anglo-Canadian comrades on the military bases. Later, she married a man who had worked and lived in China for 10 years. The adventure of moving continues, with their 3 children, at the time (today they are 4 sons), between North America and China. Rich of all the moves and his experiences of travel on different continents (Africa, Asia, Europe), it is important to him to find the home where "to be well housed to be well at home" becomes the leitmotiv of the agency. Originally from the Paris area, Antoine Schaefer has 25 years of sales experience, particularly in the high-end sector. He has a long list of experience in customer event management, business development and team supervision. In addition, she has created and taught the Morphovente sales method to support business relationships. His passion for real estate and his own experience in buying and selling properties in Quebec and France led him to become a certified residential real estate broker by the OACIQ in Quebec. Born in the Outremont neighbourhood of Montreal, Jérémie spent his childhood in the city's central neighbourhoods. A true Montreal ambassador, he knows the city, its streets, its parks, its attractions and its homes with the eye of a long-time resident, but more importantly with the vision of an investor. He was the head of the leasing department of a private investment firm with several thousand units. As an excellent communicator, Jérémie accompanies clients in the discovery of their new neighbourhood and advises them with finesse and competence. Passionate about sports, Jérémie is an accomplished high level field hockey athlete who is now passionate about road cycling.

Born in France of Portuguese parents, Generosa began her law studies in France before discovering Quebec during an inter-university exchange. Holder of a doctorate in law from the University of Montreal, she combined teaching and research for several years [...] until a series of articles on the notion of co-ownership and collective property! It was the beginning of a career change in 2009 for the civil lawyer. When you combine legal expertise with a taste for the field, a vocation for real estate is the perfect balance. Born in Alexandria, Egypt, Sherihan moved to Canada at the age of 9. Far from her childhood country, she built her life here, where she studied accounting (Concordia University), got married and became the mother of two children. Her fluency in English, French and Arabic, and her travel experiences in Africa, Europe and the United States make her very open to diversity and cultural differences. As a real estate and mortgage broker, she particularly enjoys helping people and surrounding herself with wonderful people who have a taste for your success. Dynamic, she deploys her energy at work as well as in her private life where she practices various sports including soccer.

After graduating in administrative management at Cégep Maisonneuve, she worked in various professional environments (law firm, telecommunication group...) before discovering a passion for real estate in 2005. After starting out in the East Capital office in Montreal, she continued her development in the field of management at Remax Alliance as an assistant and accountant and worked there for 10 years. In September 2021, she took the leap and started her own administrative management company in the real estate field.
