Biographical notes
Heidy Pinsonneault
Born in Alberta, Heidy grew up in Germany and Ontario. After studying business administration at UQAM and acquiring extensive experience at several prestigious hotels, she earned her license as an affiliated real estate agent in 2005.
Known for her warmth, her personal approach, and her strong management skills, Heidy is concerned first and foremost with the well-being of her clients. She thus works only with professionals who share her goal of anticipating her clients’ needs and ensuring their experience is positive.
Her international clientele comes from all around the world. Through the years, Heidy has helped foreign dignitaries as well as company executives with their transfer. She has traveled to numerous countries, and understands what it means to relocate abroad and all the implications for a family.
She is a member of the Association des Courtiers et Agents Immobiliers du Québec (ACAIQ) and of the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board (GMREB). In February 2009, Heidy partnered with Denis Poirier to launch HP & Associés Inc, a chartered real estate broker in Baie-D’Urfé, a suburb on the western tip of the Island of Montreal.
Denis Poirier
Denis was born and raised in Greater Montreal. His family worked in the field of construction contracting, and he managed a general contracting firm for almost ten years.
Denis is known and respected among his peers for his energy and excellent people skills. An expert in his field, he quickly puts clients at ease, building relationships with them based on trust and openness.
Denis is also a real estate investor. He knows how to pin point the true potential of residences available in the Greater Montreal area. Giving judicious advices throughout the purchase process, he orchestrates negotiations between his client and the seller. Persistent, he makes sure that his client gets only the best.
Mr Poirier is also a proud member of the Association des Courtiers et Agents Immobiliers du Québec (ACAIQ) and of the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board (GMREB).
